So which herbs should you choose for your garden?

Rosemary

Besides being an excellent herb for adding flavour to your cooking, rosemary can also provide protection against bad spirits, alleviate depression and cleanse your space when used in different forms. It’s also great for stimulating memories and promotes emotional healing.

Lemon Balm

A plant that’s frequently overlooked, Lemon Balm is one of the easiest herbs you can grow and a definite must for your garden! This herb gives off a comforting and joyful energy and is great for emotional healing with its anxiety reducing and calming affects.

Garden Sage

You’ve probably heard of White Sage but did you know it’s an at-risk plant that’s heavily over-harvested? Garden Sage is an amazing alternative that you can grow easily at home. Great for cleansing rituals and clearing out negative energy, it can also be used to conjure wisdom and luck.
